Ninja Forms + Save Progress
Stop losing conversions on longer WordPress forms! Empower your users by allowing them to save their progress on any multi-step form.
Longer forms are often left incomplete, a challenge many businesses face during a busy day. With limited time available, users may not be able to complete lengthy WordPress forms all at once. Save Progress is your solution!
- Are your longer forms being completed less often?
- Do many users visit your page but leave before finishing the form?
- Want to significantly increase the conversion rate of longer/Multi-Part forms?
Save Progress allows any registered user to save a form in its current state and return to complete it later. Non-registered users can have their forms saved locally, so they don’t need to refill all fields. This add-on is packed with features such as email notifications for saved forms and customizable success messages upon saving.
Enable registered users to Save Progress at any time, make multiple saves, edit saves, and more!
Save Progress significantly increases the likelihood that a registered user will complete your WordPress forms. By allowing users to return and complete without re-entering previously saved data, your conversion rates will improve!
Easily enable saving for any form
A new field named Save will appear in your list of common fields when this add-on is activated. Simply place this field anywhere on any form to have a save button appear in that specific location.
Let users efficiently manage multiple saves
Each saved form will have a customizable Load Saved Progress table at the top, tailored to the specific user viewing it. Users can choose from any saves they’ve made and select that save. They can also edit any save in the table.
Manage a comprehensive record of user saves from the dashboard
Every save is recorded in your admin dashboard for easy viewing. Saved forms can be edited if desired. You can also move forms from a saved state to a completed submission.
Need to allow non-registered users to save? No problem.
Simply enable local browser storage in the Save Progress settings to allow non-registered users to save their work. A copy of the form will be saved via a cookie in the state it was when the user navigated away. Upon return, they won’t have to redo any previously completed work.
Trigger any action on save
With Save Progress activated, you can trigger any action on save. Send email notifications when a user saves a form. Customize a special success message to be displayed when a form is saved. Any other action available to you can be employed to trigger when a form is saved as well.
